Deshotels Arms, Inc. is the pro shop at The Tom Lowe Shooting Grounds in Atlanta, Georgia, formerly known as Wolf Creek Gun Club. We cater to clay target shooting enthusiasts, especially beginners. We carry a full line of new Beretta shotguns and at the best prices in Atlanta, as well as used guns. Since we are located at a trap and skeet range, you have the opportunity to shoot some of our Beretta rental guns before making a purchase. As well as having some of the most competitive prices in the country on shotguns, we also have a full line of shooting accessories.

Tom Lowe Clay Target Shooting Range

Tom Lowe is a municipal clay target shooting range for trap, skeet, and sporting clays. We cater to all levels of shooting proficiency especially beginners. The range consists of several combination trap and skeet fields, and a sporting clays course. We are open to the public and welcome first time shooters. Only shotgun shooting is allowed at our facility. We have independent shooting instructors available by appointment. Their phone numbers are listed below. We host a Sunday trap league starting at 1:00PM year round. We do not take reservations except for corporate or group outings

Corporate Outings Or Group Outings

Schedule an all inclusive corporate outing. Great for employee outings, entertaining customers, or wedding parties. These are done by reservation on a reserved field with an experienced shooting instructor. Perfect for complete beginners or experienced shooters. The costs are $95.00 per field with an instructor (one for each group of 10 shooters) and $59.00 per shooter for up to 50 targets per shooter or two hours, whichever comes first. Basic Costs

Targets for trap & skeet: $9.25 per round of 25 clay pigeons (Monday rounds are discounted to $7.60 per round)

Ammo: $10.49 per box of twenty-five 12 gauge and 20 gauge shotgun shells $14.95 for 28ga and 410

Gun Rental: $11.00 per day (Can be shared for skeet and sporting clays shooting)

Ear Plugs: $0.55 per pair

Glass Rental: $1.00

Sporting Clays

One round of 100 sporting clays targets is $46.50 or you can buy 10 rounds for $425.00. We are using the Briley Smart Card System. There is a $5.00 refundable charge for the smart card which you can keep and re-charge or turn back in for a refund. Our sporting clays course is accessible by car and easily walk-able. No need for a golf cart. You can park right behind each station if you like.

Important

Only shot sizes 7&1/2, 8, and 9's allowed on the range or on the premises. In other words, no 00 buck, 6's, 5's, 4's, BB's etc.. Maximum velocity for sporting clays shooting is 1300 feet per second. We sell the proper size ammo in the proshop and at discount prices, not normal proshop prices. If you aren't sure what this means, please bring your shells to the proshop counter before going out to the range to have them inspected.

Trap League

We have a trap league every Sunday at 1:00 PM. You are free to skip a Sunday whenever necessary. League competitive rounds are discounted at $8.40 per round. Normal prices are in effect for all practice rounds and for guest shooters who have not paid their fees to the league. The league shooting does not interfere with public shooting. You are welcome to shoot on the open public fields. Skeet League We now have a Tuesday night skeet league. If you can't make it on Tuesday night, you can do a shoot ahead or a shoot behind any day we are open. League competitive rounds are discounted at $8.40 per round. We are located on the Southwest side of Atlanta approximately 20 minutes from downtown. From Interstate 285 take Exit 2. Go west on Camp Creek Parkway (away from airport) for 3.6 miles. Take a left on Merk Rd. We are less than a mile down Merk Rd. on the left.

Last round is called 30 minutes before closing each day. We close up at last round if there are no shooters.
